Perhaps not as well-known as some of its Highland neighbours, Tomatin was actually Scotlands largest malt distillery in the 80s.
Since then it has reduced in size but the whiskies being released today are delicious.
Tomatin Legacy, a homage to the community that was built around the distillery, gets its light sweetness from maturing in a combination of Bourbon barrels and Virgin Oak casks.
