The Thomas Street Distillery run by the Roe Family, was once the largest in the Britain and Ireland^.

It was located opposite Guinness' St. James' Gate brewery. After the distillery was closed in 1926, some of its buildings were purchased and incorporated into the Guinness Brewery.

The distillery was reopened in 2019 as Roe & Co in an old power house that was formerly a Guinness power house.

Roe and Co is a blend of whiskies matured in ex-bourbon casks delivering a creamy and rich whisky with hints of orchard fruits.
