175mls Hampton Water | 100mls Soda water | Pink grapefuit

Step 1: Fill wine glass with ice

Step 2: Pour rosé wine into glass

Step 3: Top with soda

Step 4: Garnish with a grapefruit slice

Perfect with some Mediterranean inspired antipasto like these Perelló Gordal Pitted Olives.

HENDRICK'S NEPTUNIA FIZZ

50mls Hendrick's Neptunia | 25mls Lime juice | 12.5mls Sugar syrup | Soda | Cucumber

Step 1: Fill highball glass with ice

Step 2: Pour Neptunia gin, lime juice and sugar syrup into highball

Step 3: Top with soda

Step 4: Garnish with cucumber

We'd recommend enjoying this serve with some fresh oysters and a squish of lemon juice.

NIKKA DAYS HIGHBALL

50mls Nikka Days | Soda | Lemon

Step 1: Fill highball glass with ice

Step 2: Pour Nikka Days whisky

Step 3: Top with soda

Step 4: Garnish with lemon zest
