50mls Langs Pineapple Rum
150mls Coconut cream
150mls Fresh pineapple juice
Two squeezes of lime

METHOD

STEP 1 Add all ingredients to a blender
STEP 2 Add 5 ice cubes and blend
STEP 3 Pour into cocktail glass top with ice
STEP 4 Garnish with a pineapple leaf
