Perhaps not as well-known as some of its Highland neighbours, Tomatin was actually Scotlands largest malt distillery in the 80s.
Since then it has reduced in size but the whiskies being released today are delicious.
We love this 18 year old! Finished in first-fill Oloroso Sherry butts, it is bursting with tropical fruits and nuts.
