WITH DIPLOMATICO MANTUANO RUM
A buttery rich and hearty punch, perfect for a winter's eve. Combining Diplomatico Mantuano, apple juice, hot water, butter and spices.

INGREDIENTS
50mls Diplomatico Mantuano
100mls Apple juice
Knob of butter
Squeeze of lemon
Spices (all spice, star anise and cinnamon)

METHOD
STEP 1 Add all ingredients into a pot and warm
STEP 2 Warm and add spices to finish
STEP 3 Pour into a heatproof cup and garnish with aromatic spices
