INGREDIENTS

60mls Seven Crofts Gin
5mls St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
Lemon zest

METHOD

STEP 1 Pour St Germain over ice and stir
STEP 2 Pour Seven Crofts gin and stir until cold.
STEP 3 Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
STEP 4 Garnish with lemon zest.
