Famous and fabulous, we love Martinis of all kinds!
This Summer, we're adding a soft, sweet and floral twist to our Martinis, bringing this cocktail back into our ‘at home’ repertoire.
SEVEN CROFTS GIN
Seven Crofts is distilled in Ullapool, in the very North West of Scotland. The gin itself has a big whack of juniper, a soft citrus edge and a lovely, very well-balanced tickle of pepper. Bottled at 43% those flavours are carried throughout and work brilliantly in an elegant martini. We will let the gin do most of the heavy lifting in this recipe, whilst introducing a subtle sweet and floral surprise.

ST GERMAIN LIQUEUR
We want to build on those Seven Crofts qualities, with the floral hints and honey sweetness of St Germain Liqueur... Using St Germain instead of vermouth to lace the ice is a masterstroke.
