A rummy twist is afoot: Inspired by The Balvenie Caribbean cask, this Burnside Blend of Malts has been influenced by casks from ‘Devil’s Point Rum’ in Banchory, Aberdeenshire. These rums are created in a classic Jamaican dunder style and matured in ex Oloroso sherry casks. The combination results in a vibrant whisky with demerara sugar notes alongside caramelised pineapple and mango.
Best served neat, or with a splash of water.
