Perhaps not as well-known as some of its Highland neighbours, Tomatin was actually Scotlands largest malt distillery in the 80s.
Since then it has reduced in size but the whiskies being released today are delicious.
Matured in a combination of Bourbon barrels and Sherry casks, Tomatin 12 Year Old is smooth and sweet.
