Bringing back the art of Irish Whiskey bonding, the team at J.J. Corry handpick casks of unaged whiskey from distilleries all over the Emerald Isle.

With the influence of County Clare's maritime climate, these casks mature in a Bonded Rackhouse, where a growing inventory of unique and exciting whiskey flavours get ready for careful blending. A world of possibilities, this is a portfolio of whiskies we are super excited about!

At the heart of The Gael blend is a vatting of Irish single malts, distilled in 2002 and 2006, matured in ex-Bourbon barrels. Complexity and depth has been created with the addition of 1991 single malt from an ex-Sherry butt and the addition of Irish single grain provides balance.
