INGREDIENTS 

50ml Bushmills Black Bush
25ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
12.5ml Sugar syrup

Optional - Egg white & Angostura bitters

METHOD

STEP 1 Add all ingredients to ice-filled shaker
STEP 2 Shake and strain into ice-filled tumbler
STEP 3 Garnish with Optional lemon wedge
