1670, tastes like a stolen moment in a hidden emerald garden

Amongst its trees, shrubs and herbs, something particularly wonderful lies within Edinburgh’s Royal Botanic Gardens. 1670 gin emerged from a treasure trove of over 14,000 plants that are grown in the gardens. Edinburgh Gin head distiller and the Gardens’ chief botanist have worked together to produce something truly extraordinary.

Serve long over ice with an elderflower pressé and a garden herb to finish.
