50mls Appleton Estate 8YO
25mls Freshly-squeezed lime juice
10mls Sugar syrup

METHOD
STEP 1 Add all ingredients to an ice-filled cocktail shaker
STEP 2 Shake with ice and pour into a cocktail glass
