Pina Colada is a symbolic cocktail! Promising sunshine, care-free afternoons on the beach and rummy fun in the tropics!

We are shooting early this year with the Pina Colada, just to make sure we are well-prepared for the nice weather that is coming our way.

The Pina Colada became popular in the 50’s in Puerto Rico and since then it has retained its kitsch appeal.

This year, we have whipped up a tasty recipe using Lang’s Pineapple rum that will get the Summer off to a great (slightly early) start!
