If you have ordered a bottle which comes with a box, we will package
this inside our FREDS+ Packaging. All bottles will be carefully
protected when delivered.
Don’t worry, we never include pricing information on any of the packing we send out.
We would love to try, if you are local & would like same day delivery, please contact fredshelp@fredsdrinks.com before placing your order.
Of course, to begin this process, please email a spreadsheet which includes shipping addresses (Columns for Name, address, city & postcode, along with additional column for gift message note). Send this information to orders@fredsdrinks.com
If this happens, please get in touch, we will investigate this straight away & get your parcel to you as quickly as possible.

We are in the central belt of Scotland.
We don’t accept orders over the phone, please use the website to place any orders. Any problems please contact us.
We aim to keep our website up to date with all items available in stock, however from time to time where demand is high, we may run out of an item. If this occurs, we will contact you either by phone or email & let you choose either to cancel your order, select another item or wait for the product to come back in.
At the moment, we do not offer gift wrapping, however it is something we are looking into, so stay tuned.
