Don Julio Tequila was named after its founder, Don Julio González. González started making tequila when he was just 17 years old, and it quickly became popular & in 1987 was branded Don Julio by González' sons. It is widely considered to be the worlds first premium tequila.
Don Julio Reposado rests for around 8 months in ex-bourbon barrels for a pleasing mellow oak influence.
